Emotional Distress


A zahiri, maras lafiya a wajenmu shi ne mutum na farko da ya sha 'bandage' da 'curapor', har da 'crutch'.

Amma wataƙila kuma abokin nan nasa da ya sha wanka da hula yana murmushi yana fi shi jinya, saboda ya fi shekara yana fama da 'emotional distress', ƙarfin hali ya sa yake murmushi, amma a cikin zuciyarsa ɓacin rai ne da ƙunci da damuwa.

Shi wancan maras lafiyan da muke gani, damuwarsa zahirin jikinsa wuraren da suka ji rauni su warke, shikenan ciwonsa ya ƙare, zai ci gaba da yawonsa da harkokinsa. 

Shi kuwa abokinsa mai fama da damuwa, tsawon lokaci yana yawo da jinyar damuwa, ƙarfin hali ya sa ba a gane wa a fuskarsa, sai idan damuwar ta yi tsanani kwatsam sai mu ji ya yanke jiki ya faɗi, idan ta zo da tsautsayi sai rai ya yi halinsa (ya mutu), sai ka ji ana cewa, wane fa ƙalau muka gaisa da shi ɗazu, ko tare muka yi sallah da shi jiya... alhalin shi majinyaci ne ba mu sani ba.

Da akwai jinya mana a tattare da shi, kuma ai ba iya jinya ta zahirin jiki (physical) ba ce kawai jinya, jinya ce a cikin tunani, jinya ce ta damuwa (emotional distress), kuma ita ma tana kisa kamar yadda sauran 'physiologocal disorders' ke kisa.

Idan an ji damuwa, a riƙa magana, a nemi masana lafiyar kwakwalwa (psychotherapist, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist da sauransu). Damuwa jinya ce, kuma tana kisa. A yawaita zikiri da neman ɗauki a wajen Ubangiji ﷻ kan lamuran rayuwa, a riƙa haƙura da wasu lamura, a saki rai.
