Wasu mutanen haka rayuwarsu take a yau, amma ba su sani ba. Bini-bini, an ɗauko waya, cikin tafiya, lokacin cin abinci, aiki, karatu, bacci, shiga banɗaki... wani (ma) da zarar an idar da sallar maimakon ya fara zikiri, sai ya taɓa 'screen' ɗin waya tukun.
'Behavioral addiction' kenan, wannan matsala ce babba kuma tana da illar sosai ga rayuwar yau da kullum musamman ga matasa, amma ana magancewa.
Masu irin wannan matsalar a yau, za su ce ma, suna 'busy-busy', nan kuwa ba wani 'busy', social media ce; ba su maida hankali kan abin da ke gabansu (na aiki, ko karatu, dss), wasu har su haɗu da matsalolin 'nomophobia', 'FOMO' da yawan shiga damuwa.
Idan kana da irin wannan matsalar, ka gwada 'digital detox', ma'ana ƙauracewa amfani da waya na ɗan wani lokaci mai tsayi, ko kuma ka riƙa ware iya lokuta ko awannin da za ka riƙa yi a social media, matuƙar ba kasuwanci kake a 'social media' ba. Kamar a Facebook, za ka iya saita 'Quite Mode' kan iya lokacin da za kake ɓatawa; shiga 'Setting & Privacy' > 'Settings' > 'Your Time on Facebook' > 'Manage Your Time' > 'Quite Mode', sai ka saita 'Quite Mode Timer'
