Bai fi ya ɗauke ka 15 - 20 minutes ba, na yin Azkar ɗin 'safiya' ko 'maraice'. Bai fi ya ɗauke ka 30 - 40 minutes ba, na tilawar juz'i 1 (hizb 2 kenan) na Alƙur'ani. Idan ka haɗa 'azkar' da 'tilawa', dududu ba zai wuce awa 1 ba.
1. Yin zikiri umarni ne na Allah ga mummunai (Al-Ahzab, 33:41 & Adh-Dhariyat, 50:39).
2. Yawaita zikiri na ƙara kusantar da bawa/mutum ga Ubangiji da samun yardarsa (Ali-Imran, 3: 17-18 & Baqarah 2:152).
3. Zikiri abinci ne ga zuciya, kamar yadda abinci ke ginawa mutum jiki. Zikiri na sanya ma zuciya nutsuwa (Ar-Ra'ad, 13:28).
4. Zikiri na samar wa mutum cikakkiyar kariya daga wasuwasin shaiɗan, munafurci, ƙulle-ƙulle da tofe-tofe (sihiri), makirci, hatsari, hassada, birkici da tsoro, kasala, faɗawa aiyukan saɓo...; a tsawo yini da dare (Nisa'i, 4:142).
5. A cikin zikiri akwai tarin lada da samun rahama da gafarar Allah (wanke zunubai) (Al-Ahzab, 33:43).
Ubangiji ﷻ da Manzonsa ﷺ sun fi mu sanin wane ne mutum, da abubuwan da ke kewaye da shi, akwai 'ayaatul hifzi' (ayoyin neman kariya) cikin Alƙur'ani Mai girma, akwai kuma 'awrad' cikin 'sahihan hadisai' na neman kariya, ga littafai nan, mis. HISNUL MUSLIM (ba ya wuce ₦200 - ₦500 a kasuwa, akwai kuma 'apps' na waya a 'Playstore' da 'App Store').
Kuma ko ba ka haddace ba, idan kana karantawa da littafi, yau da gobe, sai ka daina yi da littafin (ya zauna ma a ka).
Da a ce kunnenka zai jiye ma abin da wasu ke faɗa a bayan idonka, ko ƙulle-ƙulle, da manufurcin mutane a kanka, ba za ka iya yini ko shiga dare, ko fita daga gida, ko bacci ko tashi a kan shimfiɗa, ko hawa abin hawa... ba, ba tare da ka yi 'awrad' na safiya da maraice ba, ko zikiran neman kariya na dukkanin motsinka ba.
