Ghiba, Buhtan da Annamimanci



Duk ta dalilin harshe, ba zaka gane Ghiba, Buhtan da Annamimanci sun fi Zina hadari ba, sai an je Alkiyama.


Shi mazinaci da mashayin kayan maye, laifinsa tsakaninsa da Ubangiji ne. In ya daga hannu ya roki Ubangiji gafara, Allah zai iya yafe masa in ya so [Nisa'i aya ta 43]. Amma ka ga ghiba, buhtan da namima 🥺, tsakaninka da bawa ne; wayyo, bar ganin kana sallah, zumunci da kiyayewa daga aikata alfasha, sai an je lahira zaka gane ma baka da wayo. 


• Ghiba ita ce kana zance game da wani a bayan idonsa, wanda ka san, inda zai ji abin da kake fada, ba zai ji dadi ba; koda ko yana aikata wannan mummuna abun. Kai kowanne irin zance da zaka dakata yin shin, idan wanda kake zancen nasa ya zo wajen, saboda kar ya ji, shi ake cewa 'ghiba'.


• Buhtan kuwa shi ne kirkirawa mutum karya don ka bata masa suna na abin da bai yi ba, bai fada ba. 


• Namima kuwa shi ne, ka dinga yawo tsakanin wannan da wancan don ka ga sun bata, suna gaba. 


An ruwaita a cikin Bukhari, hadisi na 2440; Manzon Allah (SAW) yana yiwa sahabbai (RA) nasiha da cewa duk wanda ya taba mutuncin dan uwansa ya yi kokarin neman afuwarsa tun anan duniya, kafin aje ranar da babu dinare ba dirhami; saboda in ka je lahira da kyawawan aiyukanka (hasanaat), za a biya wanda ka yiwa ghiba, buhtan ko annamimanci. In kuwa baka da kyawawan aiyuka, za a debo laifukan wancan mutumin (sayi’aat) a jibga ma.


Anan fa zaka ga, wanda bai taba zina ba, ko maye, ko dai wani mummunan aiki, zaka samu laifin zina, maye ko munanan aiyuka a cikin sikelin auna aiyukansa a ranar tashin Alkiyama.


Hakanan, wanda yake mutumin banza, zaka ga sallar dare, sadaka, da sauran kyawawan aiyuka cikin sikelinsa da bai yi ba, bai ma taba yi ba; a matsayin diyyar zancensa da mutumin kirki ya yi a bayan idonsa.


A cikin  Saheeh Muslim, hadisi na 2581; Manzon Allah (SAW) ya taba tambayar sahaibai رضوان الله عليم cewa, "shi kun san waye fallasasshe?" Sai suka ce, "shi ne mutumin da ba shi da zinare da azurfa." Sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yake: "Fallasasshe a ranar tashin Alkiyama, shi ne wanda zai zo da sallah, da azumi da zakkah, sai dai kash! Ya zagi wancan, ya ci naman wancan, ya yiwa wancan kazafi, ya ci dukiyar wancan, ya zubar da jinin wancan, anan za a rika dauko wadancan kyawawan aiyukan ana bawa wadancan da ya zalinta; idan kyawawan aiyukansa suka kare, sai a fara debo laifukan wadancan ana jibga masa, a karshe ya wurga shi cikin wuta (wa'iyyazubillah).


Matsalarmu idan muna bada labarin laifin wasu, kai ka ce ba mu taba wani laifi ba, ba mu da wani aibu. Kuma a zaman majalissa, ba labarin da ya fi yiwa mutane dadi irin 'tsurkun' gazawar wasu, tare da boye alherin mutane. 


Imam Al-Qurtubi a cikin الجامع لأحكام القرآن [m. 18/199] ya ce: "idan ka kasance cikin wadanda suke ghiba, buhta ko annamimanci da sauran iri-iren laifuka da suka shafi hakkin wani, tubansu yana karbuwa ne idan ka nemi yafiyar wanda ka yiwa laifi ya yafe ma."
