Emotional disclosure
Wata kyakkyawar hanyar maganin damuwa ce ta hanyar labartawa damuwarka ga wani amintacce (ɗan uwa, aboki ko ubangida) musamman a damuwa wacce sanadinta cin amana, cusgunawa, takurawa, yaudara... damuwar da dai sanadinta cutar da kai aka yi.
Emotional disclosure yana taimaka sosai wajen sauƙe nauyin zuciya da damuwa (emotional distress). Ka sami amintacce ka tattauna damuwarka da shi, kada ya kasance cikin waɗanda suka sanadiyyar damuwarka.
Idan kuma kana ga labartawa mutane damuwarka zai ƙara haifar da wata damuwa, za ka iya journaling, ma'ana ka rubuce dukkan abin dake cikin ranka a takarda ko littafi. Maimakon ka bar damuwa a cikin zuciyarka, ka furzar ta waje ta hanyar labartawa wani, ko rubuce abin dake damunka a littafi, za ka sami sauƙi sosai in sha Allah.
NB: Ba fa ce wa na yi ka yi ta yayata wa ba, kowa sai ya ji halin da kake ciki, a'a; mutum ɗaya ya wadatar.
